Refund policy

We do not generally accept returns or refunds. However, if anything arrives damaged, please send us a photo as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to either resend the envelope or, if that’s not possible, offer a refund for that month. Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns.
